JDA Co’s concierge service supports the delivery of well-implemented, efficient and effective climate-resilience programs.

Our concierge service provides a point of contact for government agencies, homeowners and the construction industry across the life of a program. With a focus on accessible communication, we provide the following:

  • Booking and undertaking home assessments and preparing Home Assessment Reports
  • Undertaking scope and cost assessments
  • Attending preliminary and completion site inspections, supporting builders and ensuring program objectives are met
  • Guidance and technical advice to staff, homeowners and builders on best-practice design strategies, construction and materials, including training and education

We have a dedicated communications and community engagement specialist who manages the flow of program information. The JDA Co team streamlines complexity to deliver maximum impact to vulnerable communities.
